Stockholm City Hall
Stadshuset, the red-brick City Hall topped by a gilded three-crown spire, stands on the Kungsholmen waterfront and is one of the city's best-known silhouettes.
The arched courtyard and the waterside garden are free to walk through, with views across Riddarfjärden to Riddarholmen and Södermalm. It is about ten minutes' walk from T-Centralen. Come back in the evening to see the building lit up from Monteliusvägen across the water.
