Söderhallarna

A Södermalm market hall at Medborgarplatsen, reopened in October 2026 after a full renovation as a food hall with restaurants and bars, plus a cinema next door.

More places are opening through autumn 2026, so expect some counters still to come. Walk through to see the new hall, and eat there if something tempts you. Medborgarplatsen's outdoor terraces and the pedestrian part of Götgatan are right outside.
