Mårten Trotzigs gränd
Mårten Trotzigs gränd is Stockholm's narrowest alley, a steep stairway between old buildings in Gamla stan that is just 90 centimeters wide at its tightest point.
It runs from Västerlånggatan up the steps to Prästgatan, a few minutes' walk from Gamla stan metro. Visitors line up to take photos in the middle, so go early in the day for an empty shot. Järntorget, with its Evert Taube statue, is just around the corner.
