The Sacred Sauna (Mood)

A guided sauna and cold-plunge experience on the terrace of the MOOD Stockholm arcade. Hour-long sessions led by a guide combine Aufguss (heat fanned over you with towels), breathwork, scents and music.

Rather go at your own pace? Book an open session instead and move between sauna and cold plunge with no program. Bring swimwear, and afterwards walk a few minutes to the Hallwyl Museum, a preserved aristocratic home.
